  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional and Saving Provision) Order 2012.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Localism Act 2011;\n“the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;\n“the 1996 Act” means the Housing Act 1996;\n“the 2000 Act” means the Local Government Act 2000;\n“the 2008 Act” means the Planning Act 2008.",
