  "heading": "Transitional provisions in relation to complaints against a social landlord",
  "text": "(1) This article applies to a complaint which, before the commencement date—\n(a) was duly made to a housing ombudsman under a scheme approved by the Secretary of State under paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1996; and\n(b) has not yet been determined by the ombudsman.\n(2) Where this article applies, a complaint is deemed to be duly made in accordance with paragraphs 7A, 7B and 7C of Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1996 (as inserted by section 180(1) of the Act).",
