# The Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2012.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Localism Act 2011.
