The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 240(2) of the Localism Act 2011, makes the following Order:

## 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Localism Act (Commencement No. 3) Order 2013.

## 2 Provisions coming into force on 17th December 2013

Section 122 of the Localism Act 2011, so far as not already in force, comes into force on 17th December 2013.
