  "text": "Subject to articles 9 and 10, the following provisions of the Act (so far as they are not yet in force) come into force in relation to England on 1st April 2012—\n(a) section 46;\n(b) section 69; and\n(c) Parts 7 and 10 of Schedule 25 and section 237 so far as relating to those Parts.",
