# The Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2013, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2013.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Localism Act 2011; and
“the commencement date” means the day after the day on which this Order is made.
