# The Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2013, Article 2: Provisions coming into force on the commencement date in relation to England and Wales


Sections 116 and 121 of, and Schedules 9 to 12 to, the Act (so far as they are not already in force) come into force for all remaining purposes in relation to England and Wales on the commencement date.
