# Localism Act 2011, Paragraph 10


(1) Section 88 (construction and application of Part 6) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (2).
(3) In subsection (3) omit “Subject to subsection (2) above,”.
(4) Omit subsections (4) and (5).
