# Localism Act 2011, Paragraph 39


(1) Section 146 (duration of moratorium) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (4)—
(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ and ”, and
(b) omit paragraph (c).
(3) Omit subsection (8).
