# Localism Act 2011, Paragraph 2


In Schedule 9 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (regulated sector and supervisory authorities) in paragraph 2(1) (excluded activities)—
(a) at the end of paragraph (d) insert “ or ”, and
(b) omit paragraph (f).
