  "text": "(1) Section 51 (schemes for investigation of complaints against social landlords) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3)(a)—\n(a) in the entry in the list for section 19 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 omit the words from “(and” to “Act)”, and\n(b) at the end of the entry in the list for section 50 of the Housing Act 1988 etc (but not as an entry in that list) insert\n“,\nor a grant from the Greater London Authority which was a grant made on condition that the recipient provides social housing; or”.\n(3) After that subsection insert—\n“(3A) In subsection (3) “provides social housing” has the same meaning as in Part 1 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.”",
