# Localism Act 2011, Paragraph 3


(1) Section 101 (arrangements for discharge of functions by local authorities) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1C) after “section” insert “ 9EA or ”.
(3) In subsection (5B) after “section” insert “ 9EB or ”.
