# Localism Act 2011, Paragraph 31


(1) Section 27 (referendum in case of proposals involving elected mayor) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1)(b), (5), (6), (8)(c), (9) and (10) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”.
(3) In subsection (5) for “him” substitute “ them ”.
