  "text": "(1) Section 52B (power to designate authorities) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) for “Secretary of State's” substitute “Welsh Ministers'”,\n(b) for “he” substitute “ they ”, and\n(c) for “his” substitute “ their ”.\n(3) In subsection (2) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”.\n(4) In subsection (5)—\n(a) for “Secretary of State determines” substitute “ Welsh Ministers determine ”, and\n(b) in paragraph (b) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ” and for “his” substitute “ their ”.\n(5) In subsection (6) for “he does” substitute “ they do ”.\n(6) In subsection (7)—\n(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”, and\n(b) for “he thinks” substitute “ they think ”.\n(7) In subsection (8) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”.",
