# Localism Act 2011, Paragraph 7


(1) Section 52D (designation or nomination) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1) for “Secretary of State's” substitute “Welsh Ministers'”.
(3) In subsection (2) for “he” substitute “ they ”.
(4) In subsection (3) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”.
