  "text": "(1) Section 67 (functions to be discharged only by authority) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2)(b)—\n(a) for “32” substitute “ 31A ”, and\n(b) for “43” substitute “ 42A ”.\n(3) In subsection (2A)—\n(a) before paragraph (a) insert—\n“(za) the determination of an amount for item T in section 31B(1) above;”, and\n(b) after paragraph (b) insert—\n“(ba) the determination of an amount for item T in section 42B(1) above;”.\n(4) In subsection (3) for “(2)(c)” substitute “ (2)(ba) or (c) ”.",
