In section 26(1) (minimum reserves)—
(a) in paragraph (a)—
(i) after “section” insert “ 31A or ”, and
(ii) after the second “of” insert “ council tax or ”, and
(b) in paragraph (b) after “section” insert “ 42A or ”.
