# Localism Act 2011, Paragraph 51


(1) Section 28 (contraventions of direction) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (5) for “32(3)” substitute “ 31A(3) ”.
(3) In subsection (6) for “43(3)” substitute “ 42A(3) ”.
