# Localism Act 2011, Paragraph 20

Status: prospective

In Schedule 6 to the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, in paragraph 1—
(a) in sub-paragraph (2) omit paragraph (e), and
(b) in sub-paragraph (3) omit the definition of “responsible regional authorities”.
