  "text": "In section 120(2) of the Planning Act 2008 (provision relating to requirements that may be included in order granting development consent)—\n(a) after “in particular include” insert\n—\n(a)\n, and\n(b) after “development” insert\n;\n(b) requirements to obtain the approval of the Secretary of State or any other person, so far as not within paragraph (a)\n.",
