Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order —

• “freshwater fish” has the same meaning as in section 24(1) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Protection) (Scotland) Act 1951^f1;

• “the map” means the map marked “Area of the Loch Morar and River Morar Protection Order 1992”, signed on behalf of the Secretary of State for Scotland and deposited in the office of the Scottish Office Agriculture and Fisheries Department, Pentland House, Robb’s Loan, Edinburgh.
