The Schedule to the Charter granted by Her Majesty incorporating the inhabitants of the London Borough of Bexley shall have effect as if the number of Councillors specified in respect of the Falconwood, Upton, St. Mary's and Lamorbey East wards in column (2) of the said Schedule had been Two, Two, Four and Three respectively.
