  "text": "(1) Each inner London borough council within the meaning of the London Government Act 1963 shall appoint their first representative on the special committee of the Greater London Council provided for by section 30(1) of the said Act at their first meeting.\n(2) The Common Council of the City of London shall appoint their first representative on the said special committee before or on 29th May 1964.\n(3) The first meeting of the said special committee shall be held at the County Hall, S.E.1, at 3 p.m. on 5th June 1964.",
