  "text": "This order may be cited as the London Authorities (Property etc.) Order 1964, and shall come into operation—\n(a) for the purposes of any provision which expressly refers to the coming into operation of this order or requires or enables action to be taken before 1st April 1965, on 25th September 1964; and\n(b) for all other purposes, on 1st April 1965.",
