# The London Authorities (Rate Fund Liabilities) Order 1969, Article 9


The Greater London Council may by resolution provide for the consolidation and discharge by 31st March 1980 of any equal annual charges which they are required to pay by article 4(6) of the London Authorities (Superannuation) Order 1965.
