  "text": "Any arrangements under which any officer transferred by or under articles 5 to 8, 12 or 14 underwent training which have not been discharged before 1st April 1965 shall continue to apply with the substitution, for the authority in whose employment the officer was prior to the commencement of the training, of the authority to whose employment he has been transferred as aforesaid.",
