# The London Authorities (Staff) Order 1965, Article 16


Any dispensation from the requirements of any regulation granted to the authority from whom any officer is transferred by or under articles 5 to 12 or 14 shall have effect, in relation to such officer, as if it had been granted to the authority to whose employment he has been transferred as aforesaid.
