# The London Authorities (Staff) Order 1965, Article 19


On any reference under article 12(1), 13(1) or 18 the referee or board of referees may, if he or they think fit, appoint a person having special knowledge or experience in relation to the subject matter of the reference to sit with him or them as assessor.
