The Minister of Housing and Local Government in exercise of his powers under sections 77(3), 84 and 87(2) of the London Government Act 1963 under the said sections 84 and 87(2) as applied by section 35 of the Administration of Justice Act 1964 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:—
