Article 16

Notwithstanding anything in section 4 of the Act of 1937, but subject to any order made by the Minister under subsection (2) of that section, the appropriate superannuation fund for the purposes of the Act of 1937 in relation to a contributory employee in the employment of any authority or body mentioned in column (1) of schedule 5 shall be the superannuation fund maintained by the authority set opposite thereto in column (2) of that schedule.
