# The London Cab (No. 2) Order 1990, Article 3: Approved taximeters


In paragraph 35—
(a) in sub-paragraph (2) the words “Subject to sub-paragraph (4) of this paragraph” shall be omitted; and
(b) sub-paragraph (4) shall be omitted.
