# The London Cab Order 1934 (Modification) Order 2000, Article 3: References to the Assistant Commissioner, the Commissioner and the Secretary of State


(1) In paragraph 2(1) the definition of “the Assistant Commissioner” shall be omitted.
(2) Any reference to the Assistant Commissioner, the Commissioner of Police or the Secretary of State shall be treated as a reference to Transport for London.
