  "long_title": "This Order makes revised provision for the scale of fares and extra charges payable for the hiring of a motor cab in the Metropolitan Police District and the City of London in respect of all journeys beginning and ending in London. The fares payable are increased. So long as a cab is not fitted with a meter capable of recording the new fares automatically, only the fare shown on the meter will be chargeable unless a notice in the terms set out in the Schedule is prominently displayed in the cab or is available at the request of the hirer in which case the increased fares shown in the notice will be chargeable. There is a similar provision relating to the payment of extra charges. Paragraph 4 of the Order varies the commencement of the time-limit for the disposal of deposited property.",
