Coming into Operation 14th July 1985
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Metropolitan Public Carriage Act 1869 and section 1 of the London Cab and Stage Carriage Act 1907 as extended by section 1 of the London Cab Act 1968, hereby makes the following Order:—
