# The London Cab Order 1987, Article 4: Amendment to extra charges


For paragraph 41(2)(a)(i) (extra charges for a hiring on certain public holidays) there shall be substituted the following:
“(i) for a hiring which commences or terminates between the hours of 8pm on 24th December and 6am on 27th December or the hours of 8pm on 31st December and 6am on 1st January
… £2”.
