Coming into force 21st June 1987
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Metropolitan Public Carriage Act 1869, section 1 of the London Cab and Stage Carriage Act 1907 and section 1 of the London Cab Act 1968, hereby makes the following Order:—
