In this Order—

  • “the 1934 Order means” the London Cab Order 1934f1;

  • “authorised examiner” has the meaning given by section 45 of the Road Traffic Act 1988f2; and

  • “registered” means registered under the Vehicles Excise and Registration Act 1994f3
