# The London Cab Order 1999, Article 4: Extra charges


(1) Paragraph 41(2)(a) (which prescribes extra charges for the hiring of a motor cab on public holidays, at weekends and at night) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In item (i), for “£2” there shall be substituted “£3”.
(3) In items (ii), (iii) and (iiiA), for “60p” there shall be substituted “90p”.
(4) In item (iv), for “40p” there shall be substituted “60p”.
