# The London Cable Car Order 2012, Paragraph 1: Citation and commencement


These byelaws may be cited as the London Cable Car Byelaws 2012 and come into force on the later of—
(a) the beginning of the day when the cable car system first opens for use by fare paying passengers; and
(b) the coming into force of the London Cable Car Order 2012.
