# The London Cable Car Order 2012, Paragraph 22: Fares offences committed on behalf of another person


A person must not—
(a) buy a ticket on behalf of another person; or
(b) transfer or produce a ticket on behalf of another person,
with the intention of enabling that other person to travel without having paid the correct fare.
