Paragraph 7 Unfit condition

A person must not enter or remain on the cable car system if, in the reasonable opinion of an authorised person—

(a)

the person is in an unfit or improper condition; or

(b)

the person’s clothing may soil or damage any part of the cable car system or the property or clothing of any other person on the cable car system.
