Coming into force 3rd July 2000
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 405(2) and 406(1) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order—
