# The London Docklands Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 1997, Article 2: Revocation of planning functions and special development orders


Subject to the following provisions of this Order, the 1990 Order and the Town and Country Planning (London Docklands Urban Development Area) Special Development Order 1981 are hereby revoked.
