  "text": "This order makes further incidental, consequential, transitional and supplementary provision in relation to Greater London, relating to—\n(a) the amendment of certain Acts and instruments;\n(b) parks and open spaces;\n(c) the transfer of certain lands and properties;\n(d) the appointment of officers and the taking of other action by local valuation panels established as from 1st April 1967 to ensure their effective operation as from that date.",
