  "text": "The embankment southward of the gardens of the Societies of the Inner and Middle Temples, respectively, referred to in section 29 of the Thames Embankment Act 1862, the road thereon, and the river Thames adjoining, to the middle of the river, shall form part of the City.\nThe boundaries established by this article shall be mered by Ordnance Survey.",
