  "text": "This order makes further incidental, consequential, transitional and supplementary provision in relation to Greater London, relating to—\n(a) the amendment of certain Acts;\n(b) the construction of references to superseded provisions;\n(c) the deposit of plans and documents;\n(d) the drainage of contiguous premises;\n(e) the increase of compensation paid by periodical payments to, or in respect of, certain officers of the London County Council;\n(f) the taking of proceedings by the Common Council in relation to delegated functions;\n(g) a number of matters of local significance.",
