# London Hackney Carriages Act 1843, Section 38: Complaints to be made within twenty eight days.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

All complaints under the provisions of the London Hackney Carriage Act, 1831, or of this Act, or of the orders and regulations made in pursuance of either of them, . . ., shall be made within twenty eight days next after the day on which the cause of complaint shall have arisen.
