# London Local Authorities Act 1995, Section 46: Application of London Local Authorities Act 1991 to City of London


Part III (Entertainment) of the 1991 c. xvii.London Local Authorities Act 1991 shall apply to the City of London as if it were a London borough and the Common Council were the council of that borough.
