  "text": "(1) Subsection (2) of section 21 (Interpretation of Part III) of the 1990 c. vii.London Local Authorities Act 1990 shall be amended by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (h):—\n“(h) the doing of anything authorised by any permit or order under Part III of the 1992 c. 41.Charities Act 1992;”.\n(2) This section shall come into operation on the day Part III of the Charities Act 1992 comes into operation.",
