  "heading": "Revocation of licence",
  "text": "The council may revoke a licence on any of the following grounds:—\n(a) that there has been a breach of the conditions of the licence;\n(b) that undue interference with, or inconvenience to, or risk to the safety of persons using the street, or other streets within the vicinity of the street, has been caused as a result of the busking;\n(c) that nuisance has been caused as a result of the busking to occupiers of property in or in the vicinity of the street in respect of which the licence was granted.",
